Ideal weight for:

6' 3'' 17 y/o relativley "Big boned"

What is an ideal weight for that? Currently I am 218 lbs. (doctor's office :P ), and my doctor said I had no excess fat although I see a bit of folding when sitting down. Working on a flat stomach though :P .

Anyhoo any suggestions would help...

There is no such thing as "ideal weight". There are ideal bf%s. 218 for a 6'3 guy isn't bad. But you could be 218lbs of muscle, or 218lbs of fat (hence why weight isn't a huge factor). It's all about where that weight comes from.
