Rep Power: 12 | | | Nitrotech I had been taking Nitrotech, chocolate flavored. It tasted great, and I felt a great increase in energy and strentgh. The only thing I dont like about it is that it is too expensive for me... Im 15 and I have to be asking my parents to buy it :P |

Rep Power: 59 | | nitrotech is more hype than substance. muscletech also would add creatine to it, dont know if they still do.
you can find 5lb containers of whey online for roughly $25.00 from eas, optimum nutritrion, dymatize, designer whey, etc |

Rep Power: 10 | | MuscleTech-CellTech has creatine in it; might want to stay away from that too though. It has 300 cal and a lot of sugar too. Probably just an allergic reaction, but it also gave me a rash.

Rep Power: 12 | | Im sticking away from shakes and stuff for a while since i read an article that those things havent been tried on young people(im 15) and that they could cause liver cancer, and some other stuff... So I will just stick to my multi vitamins, and cautious nutrition |

Rep Power: 384 | | Oblivion, don't believe everything you read. Protein will not cause your kidneys to suddenly shrivel up and your body to shut down. If you want a protein powder, do something simple like Bioplex, ON, or Dymatize. |

Rep Power: 12 | | Well usually after my workout I have rice with anything else like chicken, maybe beans, egg, etc. With my food I drink water... Then afterwards I have a nice cold glass of milk... Does that sound good for after workout? Oh yeah, and I sometimes have rice with Tuna | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
