Okay, okay... all joking aside. I read all your posts and have something to say to you. There is nothing you can do to grow 3" by july. In fact, there is nothing you can do to grow 3" by the time you grow old and die. It's all genetics. If you grow, you were meant to do so. If not, at least you're already 6' tall. Give it up and be happy with what God gave you.

As for your statement about growing a small amount since your physical, it should be attributed to better posture due to the stretching exercises you're doing. You did not stretch your bones or attain a true increase in height. That's illogical.

I hope you realize that my comments and advice are meant well and think about what you are doing. It's not healthy to obsess over your height like this. It's a waste of time for you to be measuring yourself so frequently.
