Start with feet shoulder width a part on band. Both hands should be grasping handles of the band, and arms resting at your sides.
Inhale and raise arms out to the sides, palms facing down, until arms are in line with your shoulders. Hold for 2 seconds, exhale and release back to start position for one rep.
